What You’ll Do
The Clinical Product Marketing position is a unique role at Telos Health, responsible for leading key activities within the Marketing organization including Product Marketing and Product Development as well as directly supporting Clinical Engineering. The role actively engages with key physician leaders to further develop clear perspectives of current and future product and clinical needs as well as helping translate those requirements with clinical engineering and R&D leads.  As the company nears commercialization, the position will play a key role in developing the overall strategy for bringing the product to the market, and will play a lead role in marketing activities for achieving current and future pipeline goals and setting direction for future product opportunities.
  • Thoroughly understand current clinical procedures and associated products in order to provide specific and direct insight into product development recommendations
  • Thoroughly understand the current procedure and anatomy to the level of educating new hires to provide effective insights to drive engineering developments
  • Collaborate and actively partner with clinical engineering to provide input, draft, finalize or review Validation protocols including Validation, HF and GLP as requested
  • Actively participate in dry runs and formal testing of Validation protocols
  • Actively support FIH/EFS and pivotal trial procedures as requested
  • Work in close partnership with the Clinical Engineering team to ensure success in Human Factors and Validation, as well as GLP efforts for a successful EFS
  • Facilitate collaboration with physicians, clinicians, sales teams, and R&D to ensure alignment with market needs and to refine product management strategies
  • Interface with project teams and senior management to manage technology demos and evaluations for physicians, employees, investors, etc. as requested
  • Analyze and synthesize customer requirements, market dynamics, regulatory pathways, etc. to develop strategic recommendations for furthering growth of existing products, identifying potential new products, and product enhancements.
  • Lead and oversee upstream marketing initiatives, including in-depth market and physician research to guide product and market requirements, collaborating closely with R&D on product development and product lifecycle management.
  • Develop and drive downstream marketing projects including product launch management, sales tools and training, product presentations, product/market analysis, forecasting, reimbursement and comprehensive sales support.
  • Interact with physicians, clinicians, sales, and R&D staff to develop effective collaboration and to assess market needs for new products, product enhancements and potential market opportunities
  • Collect and analyze information on competitive product offerings, including features, pricing, and warranty parameters
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing programs to drive early awareness and future adoption
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred
  • 8+ years related experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical field, including preferred 4+ years in product marketing or Clinical Engineering
  • Willing to travel 20 to 30%
  • Ability to work independently, using good judgment, initiative and analytical abilities to accomplish short and long-range projects, anticipate likely needs and recommend actions with minimal direction
  • Ability to influence decision-making and action across the organization, and to influence others independent of reporting structure
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly ascertain technical aspects of product
  • Ability to work as a team member and to be very flexible, adaptable, and to work under pressure
  • 8Self-motivated and self-directed; conscientious approach to work assignments; enjoys the challenges of multitasking and working at a fast pace while staying flexible to shift tasks frequently
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities; and ability to maintain good working relationships while dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters and with a wide variety of personal and telephone contacts
  • Requires above average reading, verbal, and written communications skills; proficiency in business English and grammar; good arithmetic skills and attention to detail to maintain records and process reports

Salary Range: $163,000 to 183,000 annually
